Founding Partner Julie, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), brings extensive experience in family practice and internal medicine. With a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the aging population, she has specialized training as a geriatric care professional and dementia care specialist. Julie is a trusted resource in the community, offering compassionate care and helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of neurodegenerative disorders, including dementia. She excels in coordinating specialty care to provide comprehensive support tailored to her patients’ unique needs. Through education, advocacy, and support, Julie empowers patients and their families to age with dignity and grace.

Founding Partner Corinna, a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-BC) with extensive experience in nursing and education, is committed to caring for patients with memory impairments and dementia. Her dedication is evident in her specific goals of maximizing independence and cognitive function while enhancing the quality of life for older adults. Corinna fosters overall well-being and enhanced functioning through personalized care and evidence-based strategies. With over 12 years of experience in nursing, Gabby is a dedicated registered nurse specializing in case management and the care of patients with memory impairment. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she honed her skills in various healthcare settings, leading to focusing on creating personalized care plans that enhance the quality of life for patients with cognitive impairments. Gabby is passionate about advocating for patients and their families, ensuring they navigate the complexities of healthcare with compassion and expertise. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner studies at Maryville University.
